We partnered with Roc Nation to build and lead the label’s first in-house Creative Services department—developing the infrastructure, strategy, and systems to support branding, marketing, and campaign execution across the label. From foundational brand work to full-scale rollouts, we shaped the creative direction for both the Roc Nation brand and its emerging acts. Our work included ideation labs, digital and social strategy, campaign packaging, and visual storytelling—helping launch and position new talent while reinforcing Roc Nation’s legacy as a cultural leader and innovator.
